Welcome to Hairbyash. To ensure everything runs smoothly and pleasantly for both clients and staff, we kindly ask you to respect the house rules below.

Appointments
• Appointments can be made by phone or in the salon.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge (part of) the appointment.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the treatment may be shortened or rescheduled.

Payment
• Payment is due immediately after the treatment.
• We accept cash and/or Payconiq.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have a limited validity period.

Treatments & Results
• For colour and technical treatments, personal advice is given in advance.
• The final result may be influenced by hair condition, hair history and home care.
• Hairbyash is not liable for results when previous treatments (e.g. box dye, henna, chemical treatments) have not been correctly disclosed.

Health & Liability
• Please inform us in advance of any allergies, scalp issues or medical conditions.
• Hairbyash is not responsible for damage to or loss of personal belongings.

Prices
• All prices are indicative and may vary depending on hair length, thickness and treatment.
• Price changes and promotions are always subject to change.

Privacy
• Personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for administrative purposes.
• Photos or videos for social media will only be posted with the client’s consent.
